Unfortunately I'm busy with other projects, so that I cannot help much :-(

AFAIR handling of new Delphi syntax deserves some general changes in the 
PasDoc data model, to allow e.g. for local types. That's why I didn't 
implement newer (>D7) language constructs in PasDoc2.
