#44 changelog

It would be nice to produce changelog page from comments in source that are in some tag (@changelog for ex.). This tag must have:
date argument - required,
description - required
version argument - required (like 1.0.0.0) (it may be ignored by flag maybe)
advanced argument - shows that changelog item is for advanced users
So at result you'll have two changelogs one is for common users and one is advanced. They can be linked.
