#2 flex 2.5.4 patch and new command line switch

hi,

here are the second part of my patches.

after i have compiled pas2dox again flex 2.5.4 i have
patched pas2dox.cpp so i hav now the possibility to
leave alle constructor an destructor from pascal code
unchanged. standard is to convert constructors and
destructos into c / c++ syntax.
with
pas2dox -l ...
i can now leave constructor and destructor unchanged.

hope this patch will involve into the next pas2dox
release :)
