The configure script of this project is unusable because
its referenced to the non-existent file 'pas2dox.cc'. I
Think the main source file ist pas2dox.l, which should be
used to search the source root directory (configure.in ->
AC_INIT(pas2dox.l++)).

Also the file pas2dox.l should be renamed to pas2dox.l++
so it can be detechtes as an object-orientated flexx
source file. The line 'pas2dox_SOURCES = pas2dox.cc'
in Makefile.am can be changed to 'pas2dox_SOURCES
= pas2dox.l++'. To get a case-insensitive Scaner the line
'LFLAGS = -i' must also be included.

There is one Problem left after thet because the Include
directories are not set up propertly after running
automake, aoutoconf & configure, but i cant figure out
why.

    I should really have removed the automake files from the
    project.

    The build process has been simplified and can now be
    achieved with a couple of lines. In short,

    flex -i -opas2dox.cpp pas2dox.l
    g++ pas2dox.cpp -o pas2dox

    I had updated the INSTALL guide.

    When I get my system back up and running, I will make the
    changes.

    Ta,
    Darren.

    As of 0.42 alpha, I have used a standard Makefile that
    performs the build.
