When declaring an array in Pascal we can specified the
start and end value:

THPTimerARRAY=array[1..4] of Longint;
TVendor=array [0..11] of char;

At the moment CVS 1.90 convert this into:

Longint THPTimerARRAY[4];
char TVendor[11];

Which is fine for Doxygen, but to keep the difference
pas2doc could add a doxygen comment to indicate the
start and end:

/*!< [1..4] */ or /*!< [0..11] */

    That's a good point. Will add an enhancement to do this.

    Moved to BugZilla at
    http://bugzilla.pas2dox.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7

    In addition, pas2dox.l has been updated to generate
    additional Doxygen comment as requested.
