Good point. Ever since Justin added the ability to set PAS_CONFIG, I
should have stopped using the pas.conf that's in CVS. Sorry about that.

I completely agree. We should set up the conf/pas.conf as a default,
that is capable of running the example pages that we ship with Pas out
of the box.
So, what kinds of examples should we have in the pa.conf?
