I do like the flexibility and scalability of a separate server. I also think 
that it's easier to tune performance of a separate server. But all this is 
more gut feeling and less science.

What developers are you referring to? As it's the first time I saw Pas, I 
would like to know how big the community is.

Do you have any idea about performance numbers? How easy is it to develop 
with Pas?

It's OK. If you like, you can join me to this list. I'd like to listen in on 
Pas development for a while, until I have the time to try it out. The time is 
not now; maybe later this summer.
