  * Applied patch from Jason Stelzer <me...@ne...> that adds
    dependency (include file) checking for dynamic recompilation of the
    PSP files from within the mod_perl request handler.  After applying
    the patch, minor refactoring of the code was done.

The following files were affected:

    - added new methods: openFile(), readFile(), writeFile(),
      getFileAsLines(), and getFileAsScalar()

    - applied patch
    - refactored some of the code - Jason, since it was your patch,
      please review the changes
  src/Org/Bgw/Pas/Psp/Compiler.pm
    - applied patch

This is marked as 3.0.14 in the ChangeLog, but I'm not going to put 
togeather a release at this time.
