Use a configuration file for the Code::Blocks plugin and the
profile library.
It may include:
- name of the XML file with the profile results;
- profile data (post)processing options;
- other goodies as they come to mind.
The options may be saved in the profile results file to record
the conditions the data there were collected in.
Added viewer support for a Windows-style INI file.
Each time a new project is loaded, the viewer looks for a
configuration file with the same name and path as the XML
project profile file.
