when creating 'all' databases, annot8r asks, kindly, about each one... if the user has said 'create all' we should just create all.

similarly for 'updating' when the db already exist, we should check and ask about all 3 and then do the updating.

also an entertaining germinglish construction:
'Database a8r_gobase does already exist, do you want to update it?'
this should be
Database a8r_gobase already exists, do you want to update it?
