#7 Splicing complexity, locus summary

We need to integrate splicing complexity into the reports. However, splicing complexity is not a comparison-dependent measure, it's applies to the locus as a whole. We should consider two things: can this be adapted to a comparison dependent measure (how to compare splicing complexity); and should we create a locus summary that includes this and other information?
