The IDs/names of some transcripts are extremely long and cause formatting issues when viewing HTML reports. A reasonable limit should be set, and characters in excess of this limit should be truncated when generating the reports.
Began addressing this with commit 80cb77733f6ebb1ebd48f6f6c4661ef180a0f9bc. Still need to figure out the best way to handle this.
