[Parser-devel] Work on CLI for parser

Hi Noam,

I hope you might remember what I had mentioned about a UI for the
parser library. I've planned and started work on a CLI for the same.
The first commit has added the trunk/ui/cli directory that contains
the files to start with. Just let me know if any suggestions you have
abt the same. This CLI will ultimately form the backend for
Curses/Gtk/Qt based UI.
