Well, I am interested in writing such a thing: I've been wanting to
learn a UI besides the Java awt/swing for a while, just haven't had a
motivating project for it. I hope we can make it more useful than the
firefox about:config type editor, that's not much better than a
standard text editor. But then we'd probably need meta-information
about each config option to be stored somewhere, which gets
complicated...
