[Parseperl-discuss] PPI bugs

Attached is a patch with adds four failing test cases to PPI and  
fixes a trivial test counting bug.  I've mentioned some of these to  
Adam in personal email, but I wanted to archive it on this list so it  
doesn't get lost.  I seem to have lost SVN access to the PPI  
repository sometime in the last 9 months so am unable to apply this  
patch myself.
