#1 Add possibility to build shared library

I found your library here at SourceForge. It is exactly what I was looking for.
When I configured, I noticed that the possibility is missing to create a shared library.
So I have the build system changed so that it can also create shared libraries.
Maybe you like to integrate the patch into the source of parse_conf.
