[Parrot-project-users] Parrot available as Eclipse plugin

Dear all,

We are proud to annouce the release of Parrot as Eclipse plugin (and
also as a plugin for applications based on NeOn Toolkit).
We have prepare instructions to install Parrot as Eclipse / NeOn
Toolkit plugin [1]
Parrot is A RIF and RDF Ontologies documentation tool. It provides
users (both business users and developers) with useful reference
documentation about rulesets and ontologies expressed in standard
languages, such as RDF, OWL or RIF.
