#1 Scrolling In Artist & Album Tree

The 'selector' remains stationary (in the middle) when
scrolling through the Artist and Album tree's. However
when you get to the top of the trees the first item in
the list continues to be pulled towards the centre,
resulting in a 'gap'.

Instead the selector should start to move independently
through the top X many items rather than stay in the
centre.
