[Parishmngr-development] CVS active and populated

Sajeewa,

The initial CVS population is complete and the following modules are
now available as seen in the attached screenshot. Users can use the
'ext' method to checkout these modules using the details the second
screenshot shows.

I'm hoping to start development of another module during the weekend :)
