#3 Selection of protocol tree node

When the mouse is clicked in the packet dump view on a
specific area in the packet's contents (hex dump or the
actual packet data), the corresponding node in the
protocol tree does not get selected. This is a feature
that is already available in Ethereal. We need this in
ParfumBall.
