No

I was fooling aound and created a test file. I then
created par2 files to go with it. I deleted everything
and started again with a different size test file.
QuickPar thought it was the old file and kept giving me
incorrect info. (not enough blocks to recover)

This is a known problem which can occur if you create a new
set of par2 files with the same filename as a previous set.

What happens is that QuickPar 0.6 looks for a cache file and
uses it preference to the new par2 file. You can work around
this problem either by deleting the cache file
    (from "C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Local
    Settings\Application Data\QuickPar"), using a different name
for the par2 files, or using a different folder.

This fault has already been fixed and will be available when
    the next version is released.
