Another update to FSRaid was just released. The current version is now
v1.2.4.

* Added the ability to disable overlapping I/O (see preferences.)

* It seems I forgot to update the version number written to the PAR files
created. So the past few versions would all report version "1.1.0" when
you opened up a PAR file created with a newer version. Oops. :) The PAR
files created with this version, will properly report that they were
created by version 1.2.3.... read more

Third beta release of MacPAR OS X, a user friendly OS X interface for the PAR utility developed on Parchive.sourceforge.net, for OS X.1.2 users to easy create PAR archives or to recover missing files in a chain of multipart files (like .001, .002 etc.) by using .PAR files (like .P01, .P02). The code for MacPAR OS X is licensed under the general Open Source BSD license conditions. This MacPAR program is in beta version, Use it entirely at your own risk! It can still contain bugs! I don't accept any reliability for any damage that might have been caused to your software, files or hardware or other properties by using this program. If you don't agree to this: don't use this program. The Mac PAR OS X project develops only the the Mac OS GUI. It is part of the Mutsu project on Sourceforge.net. * The "Fix names" feature works a lot faster now -- once the files have
been renamed, they are no longer validated (since the process of finding
the misnamed files includes a validation.) The second validation was
