#20 support for handling multiple parsets

It would be nice if par2 had the ability to handle
multiple parsets in one call. For example, running
par2repair * on a directory w/ various parsets should
check and repair them all. Currently, it bails out if
it doesn't understand a file, and if you specify
*.PAR2, it will only repair things in the first parset
it finds.

I am also looking for par2cmdline to have support for
multiple parsets in the same directory. Is this feature
possible or currently being added?
