I'm assuming you're talking about the DOS executable, par.exe
I just put up this stuff yesterday. It's the result of compiling Par for Unix with DJGPP <http://www.delorie.com/djgpp>
There's a README in the .tar.gz, but I guess I can post that separately under the Par for MS-DOS heading.
