No, just because you may have found one block multiple times, that implies nothing about whether you will find any of the other blocks or not.
Obviously, if you only have a single file of a specific size, and some of the blocks in the file have been duplicated, then the file contains less space for the other blocks: so some of them would have to be missing. If the duplication has increased the size of the file, then the other blocks that are supposed to be in the file may still be there.
