#44 Mnemonics for Actions

It would be great to be able to assign access key or mnemonics to user actions (with & or _ before the letter that will be underscored and then used as a hotkey).
For instance, I created an action named "Open" and the command is "xdg-open "%s"". I want to be able to name this command "_Open" (or "&Open"), and then triggering it with the keyboard only, just pressing "O" (or, maybe, Alt+O), which would be faster than doing it with the mouse, or by pressing "down" "down" "down" "enter".
