Neil passed along some good bug fixes for the JDBCInputAdapter. It was DB2
specific in the way that it expected to handle batches of records. I
commited his changes & added a new DB2JDBCInputAdapter that performs the old
way. For anyone using it that needs the existing functionality, you can just
prepend DB2 to the InputAdapter name in your config & you'll be good to go.
