#17 Import/Export

It would be great (and likely not too difficult) to have data import/export capability without having to go directly into the SQL DB.

Here's the idea: I'd like to run a master install on my web server and keep a portable version (on WAMP or LAMP or on a USB stick) on a laptop to bring to investigation sites. Reports could then be written on the laptop (and other cases referenced) and then when returning to "civilization" I could export the new data from the laptop and import it to the web server.

Ideally, some sort of sync would be awesome, but I'll settle for import/export. It's easier to backup and restore the db any way.
