Settings for TREOR-based methods
MAX_H, MAX_K, MAX_L, and MAX_SUM put limits on assumed h, k, l or on |h|+|k|+|l|
STEPS = the number of tested permutations of reflections (default value is 10)
STEP1 = number of points to test in surrounding area ( SHOULD BE 0)
