Parable / News: Recent posts

Initial import of my 3d engine in progress has been complete. This engine will form the basis of the client application for Parable. The engine is named 'aphelion' and it can be checked out from the SVN archive.

Currently the engine compiles of Linux (no promises!) and displays some place-holder title graphics that fade in and out followed by a spinning monkey head mesh ala Blender.

Hopefully the rate of development will pick up steadily now that all the resources have been centralized.

After a (very) long time without working on this project I've decided to pick it up again. Design activities have resumed and I'll shortly be creating a new CVS module for the project (the old one is badly structured).
