There is finally a new release of PaperCut which includes very slow support for image rotation and fixes some problems with OFF wireframe imports. This new release now requires Visual Studio 2005 to build. Help is still in the old format, conversion to html help is on the back burner.

The newest release of PaperCut, version 1.0.298, supports import of OFF files. This allows 3D wireframe shapes created in Blender and other 3D modelling programs to be printed out and assembled into paper models.
