#14 feed as stdin?

I'm beginning the thought process for a Paperboy RSS-driven web
data management system and one thing that struck me is that
programs using paperboy may want to muck around with XML before
handing it off for parsing. But they may not want to have to save the
file before the handoff. And I was thinking...

It would make sense to assume the feed is coming from stdin unless
-f/-u are provided. (We'd keep the requirement for -f if -u is provided
and only check stdin if no -f's are provided.)
