#83 IDL workbench behavior with papco

When starting up papco in IDL workbench (eclipse), on compiling the package with the nornal papco scripts that compile all the needed procedures, eclipse opens up each of the compiled files in a seperate editing window, bogging down the workspace...
The behavior needs to be inhibited.
