PocketAnalyzerPCA / News: Recent posts

PocketAnalyzerPCA is a tool for analyzing the variation in binding-pocket conformations within large sets of protein structures.

As of today (29th December 2011), the Python code is now available via an SVN repository.

This provides access to the most recent version of the code, including bug-fix as and when they occur.

If anyone is interested in write-permissions for the repository, let me know.
