#2 Add support for SIP, IAX trunks and conference rooms.

As of right now (08/24/2006) pansa does not display
the sip and iax trunk as buttons. Only the sip
extensions and zap channels are displayed.

In the new release I will try to add those trunks as
seperate entities. Then I will add therequired logic
so they can be visually represented in the interface.

In addition, conference rooms will be displayed and
connections to these conference rooms will be shown
visually in the operators panel.
