Hi I've run your pipeline, but I'm getting confuising results. The reverse vaccinology analysis doesn't throw any results, specifically virulence factor, I though there's no targets for vaccine design, nevertheless when I run the coregenes.fasta file obtained from pangenome analysis in the VFDB I got 607 predicted virulence factors, whilst I got none for your results. I've attached both files

Plus after the installation I keep getting that bash error too

Hello, I recently downloaded the PanRV using the Installer.sh but after the installation whenever according the guide I used the java -jar PanRV.jar command it always results in error i.e Could not find or load main class –jar Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: –jar I have both JDK 8 and JDK 11
