[PanoTools-devel] Another bug squashed...

THis one was more subtle. PSD_nomask was generating PSDs with an alpha
channel and PSD_mask without it. I am surprised nobody has
complained ;) It is fixed now.

In the process I have added a 10th test: PSD_mask, but it is clear
that simpleStitch is not enough (PSD_mask and PSD_nomask are identical
for this panorama).

Bruno, I think we should move forward and update to the next
subversion. .4 has been proved to be very buggy :) WHat do you think?
