Howdy Eric, Good point. I'm going to try to get an alpha of 0.2 out this weekend. Among other things, it will be a lot more flexible about which supplements, such as Emma, that it is running. I'll also look into ways to behave more gracefully in situations where there are no unit tests. Already in 0.2 is support for CheckStyle, Complexian, CKJM, and JDepend. Less likely to be in this weekend's release, but still planned for 0.2 is a new file format (rdf+xml), Subversion support, and ad hoc Treemap generation.
