I've just released beta 2 of version 2.4. This will be the final beta
before version 2.4, so please test it, especially with the
localisations. French, German and Norwegian localisations are included
in the build.
There have been some changes to the .pot file, so I would be grateful if
people could send me updated .po and .mo files for inclusion in v2.4
