[Panicbutton-translators] Version 2.5

I haven't received any updated translations for Panic Button v2.5 yet.
I'm intending to release it soon, so I'm going to set a deadline for
receipt of translations of 30th April.

I'll be releasing v2.5 as soon after 30th April as I can.
