[Panicbutton-translators] Version 2.5 beta - new .pot file

Translators,

Version 2.5 introduces some new strings, so I've attached an
updated .pot file. Please get your updated .po/.mo files to me ASAP.

A beta of version 2.5 is available for download - the only changes to
this will be bug-fixes, so if your L10N files work with the beta, they
will work with the final version.
