[Panicbutton-translators] Problems with translation files

I tried to test the 2.4 beta version with the .mo and .po files that =
contain
the portuguese translation I've made, but I get this error:

Than I got the original GB file and I tried again but after 6 or 7 =
messages
translated I get the same error.

Another problem is that some accented letters don't appear correctly ( =
for
example : =E7 ou =E1 ) should I make any special configuration in the =
poedit
program ?
