[Panicbutton-translators] Credits

Now that I have other people helping me with Panic Button, I thought I
should give you some credit :-)

I have therefore added a CREDITS.txt file to CVS [1]. This file will be
included in every distribution, and the contents will be added to the
help file, as an extra page.

The intention is that this will list everyone that has contributed in
some way. However, I don't want to add names without permission, so it
currently only has Justin Masters.

If you would like to be included, please let me know how you would like
to be listed. There are no hard and fast rules, but I'm looking at a
single line. I don't mind including web site URLs or e-mail addresses,
but bear in mind that spam robots will almost certainly find any e-mail
addresses that are included.
