[Panicbutton-translators] Updated German helpfile now available at From a2b Consulting

Hi,

as mentioned, the update of the helpfile now contains screenshots in=20
German too - from the preliminary translation of the 2.3 version.

I'll still have to do some cleanup on the files in my development folder=20
and will then make available the source code for the helpfiles as well=20
as a translated version of Panic Button 2.3 as soon as possible.
