#7 rpm spec file incorrect

There are two issues in the 1.6.0.1 spec file:

1. Using %{_prefix}/lib is deprecated and in fact blows
up on x86_64 builds where the %{_libdir} macro points
to /usr/lib64

2. The -devel package does not delete the lib*.so file
and does not list it in %files, causing rpm to choke on
unpackaged files. I also believe it is an error to
delete the *.la files, since libtool uses them when
linking against the pangoxsl library, but that may be
my opinion only.
