ESCLUDES tab on cashier open sale

compliments for Pangea open pos, I really enjoyed your work! :)
There is only one thing I can not understand...
How can i add item on EXCLUDES tab on cashier open sales?
I tried but I can not figure out how to add...
Additions tab work perfectly.. but excludes not show item :(
I am truly grateful for your work , and for any answer to my problem..

Hi, glad that you are enjoying the software!
To see excludes you have to setup reciped in food cost page. So that it will show only ingredients included in the recipes.
I considered to be more convenient this way so that you don't have to search among all ingredients created in products page.
If you are not planning to set the recipes you can just add the ingredients without bothering entering the quantities for one portion, this way excludes will show up but of course food cost and ingredients consumage will not be accurate.
But I suggest you take some time to do it. By doing that and setting up minimum and maximum stock for each ingredient you will be able to use automatic purchase order which is a great feature, although not easy to understand with the poor documentation available so far. Should you be interested to use it you can ask for clarifications here.
I'm doing my best to release manuals. But I'm not sure yet when they will be available.

Hi Mirco, thanks lot for your answer! I really appreciate your efforts.
I try to make a food cost for reciped, but without result...
I've created category Pizza and an Subcategory called Ingredients.
On Pizza category there is a product called "margherita", on products screen i check "show in catalog" "is assembly".
On Ingredients category there is a product called "tomato", on products screen i check "show in catalog" "is ingredient" "is addition".
where am I wrong?

You should assign tomato to a supplier. So in Products Page, you click on stock tab and select the supplier you buy tomatoes from (of course you must create supplier first in Stock/Suppliers).
After you have done that, on Food Cost Page, on the right should appear a button showing Supplier Name. Clicking the Supplier name will show tomato. Clicking tomato will add it to the recipe. Then You can adjust the quantity.
