Hi,

I am almost done implementing your request. I still have 
some modifications to make.
The first stage of the README file is committed. The file 
is located in this directory 
\pando\code\prototypes\fipa_console. The plug-in features 
are removed from the core module. Also, it is possible to 
run the FIPA prototype.
