Pandiloci is word constructed from two other words.

Pandi is short for people and interests.

Loci means places in latin.

Pandiloci means places for people and interests.

Pandiloci is combination of search engine, bookmarking web site, data mining system, social network, artificial inteligence system.

Search engine is to encourage people to search for the new content.

Bookmarking site allows user to bookmark found content.

Data mining system analyzes bookmarked content by every user and determines
for specific user his/her unique interests based on content provided by Wikipedia Fundation.

Social network allows for users to interact with each other.

Artificial inteligence system learns which users with what kind of interests,
interact between themselfs and are more likely to form a relationship.

Social network provides for user new possible acquaintances provided from artificial inteligence system.

Pandiloci is written in .net to be run on Windows Azure.

To run Pandiloci on home laptop, one needs Visual Studio 2010 Web Express Edition, Sql Server 2008 Express Edition, Windows Azure SDK, Windows Azure Emulator.

To run Pandiloci as web portal one needs to :

1. Rent two Dedicated Servers with Windows Server 2012 R2.
2. Install on one of the Servers Sql Server 2008 Express Edition.
3. Promote other server to be domain controller.
4. Install Hyper-V cloud on servers.
5. Install Windows Azure on servers.
6. Buy and install Server Center 2012.
7. Configure everything.
