Dear users,
Thank you for using PANDA and PANDA-view. I have just released the new version of PANDA v1.1.7. The main features are as follows.
(1) supporting pFind3, pGlyco2 and providing the tool "pFindSplit" to split the merged result files of pFind3 and pGlyco2 before running PANDA.
(2) updating the PSI-MS-CV to support the new version of mzIdentML exported from Mascot v2.7.
Next, I plan to support Percolator and other tools. Any suggestion is welcome:)
