#475 Axis do not show up in the Array Manager dialog the first time you open it

The first time the Array Manager dialog is opened, the axis in the hydrophone diagram are not displayed. They will appear if you hover over the hydrophone and click on the display. The axes will also appear whenever you open up the dialog again - it's only the first time that they are not shown. Adding a repaint in various places in ArrayDialog and HydrophoneDiagram classes did not fix the problem.
